Choice Plus: An HMO plan with out-of-network coverage.
Navigate, Charter, and Compass: This requires a primary care physician (PCP) of choice, who refers you to specialists; this is similar to the point of service plans (POS).

Qualifications for UnitedHealth 2020
UnitedHealthcare is an insurance plan provided by a private company, meaning you can enroll in UnitedHealthcare during the open enrollment period (1st November until the 15th December). However, if you recently had a “qualifying life event,” you are granted a special enrollment period that lets you purchase insurance plans regardless of the date.
